"Only to relieve my hearth",
This sentence was engraved on a stone in the XVIth century in the fascinating Orsini Park in Bomarzo by its founder.
It seems to us that it perfectly describes the sense of freedom a sculptor experiences in creating new forms, chiselling a rough stone into the expression of his thoughts, imagination and emotions.
